Goals and Achievements – October 26, 2009
Yesterday I bought the ebook How to Earn Passive Income on eHow.com: Maximize Your Online Earnings. It’s actually pretty good. So, I’ve been mainly editing old eHow articles and changing them a bit to go along with the tips in the book. I’ll let you know if my earnings change any. I think they will though, since most of the things in the ebook I didn’t even realize.
I’ve decided that, instead of doing daily reports of my earnings, I’m going to do weekly reports. For this week, I’m only going to focus on writing for eHow. I may write a few articles here and there for other sites, but for now it’s going to be strictly eHow.
Goals for This Week
- Write 35-40 articles for eHow (5 articles a day).
Also, promote new articles with networking websites (Facebook, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Twitter) and comment on articles from other eHow members. Promote new articles in the appropriate eHow groups. - Write 1 Associated Content article of any subject if there’s time.
- Write for Xomba if there’s time.
- Write for Helium if there’s time.
- Continue with PTC websites (YouData, Clixsense, Clicksia, Trek Pay, LinkGrand, Neobux, WordLinx, earn.bz, Bux.gs, Hits4Pay, HyBux).
- Participate in discussions on MyLot for at least 20 minutes and start a new discussion thread.
Also, complete at least 2 tasks.
Yesterday’s Accomplishments
- I mainly wrote on eHow yesterday and edited/perfected a few articles. I ended up writing 5 new articles and perfecting 5 other articles.
- I didn’t do much at all for Associated Content, since I was focusing more on eHow.
- Unfortunately, I was unable to write on Xomba, since I was editing my eHow articles.
- I spent hardly any time on MyLot at all yesterday. I’ll try to spend more time on MyLot this week.
- I didn’t spend much time on Clixsense yesterday, so my earnings weren’t that good.

Goals and Achievements – October 25, 2009
It’s definitely a lot more manageable to focus on two writing website rather than four. My plan is to start making good, steady earnings from eHow and Xomba. Then, I’ll focus more on the other two websites.
Even though it’s more manageable, I must admit, I didn’t write much until about 9pm. Because of this, I stayed up until 3am. I’ll try to get more writing done earlier today so I’ll be able to get some sleep tonight.
Goals for Today
- Write 5-6 articles for eHow.
Also, promote new articles with networking websites (Facebook, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Twitter) and comment on at least 10 articles from other eHow members. Promote new articles in the appropriate eHow groups. - Write 1 Associated Content article of any subject if you have time.
Also, comment on at least 10 other Associated Content articles and look up tips on how to earn money with Associated Content if you have time. - Write 3 Xomba articles (Xombytes) and post 5-6 link articles (Xomblurbs).
Comment on 10 other Xomba articles as well. Like always, promote Xomba articles via Social Networking Websites (Facebook, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Twitter). - Write 1 Helium article and rate 10 Helium articles if you have time. Comment on 5 other Helium articles.
- Continue with PTC websites (YouData, Clixsense, Clicksia, Trek Pay, LinkGrand, Neobux, WordLinx, earn.bz, Bux.gs, Hits4Pay, HyBux) and check back for new ads at least 10 times.
- Participate in discussions on MyLot for at least 20 minutes and start a new discussion thread.
Also, complete at least 2 tasks.
Yesterday’s Accomplishments
- I completed all of my eHow writing goals for yesterday. The only thing I didn’t do was comment on a forum thread. I’m now at $17.13, which is pretty good. I’ll definitely make the 20 dollar mark by the end of the month.
- I didn’t do much at all for Associated Content, since I was focusing more on eHow and Xomba.
- Yesterday, Xomba for me went excellent! I ended up completing all of my Xomba goals. Now I have up a total of 6 Xombytes and 11 Xomblurbs. I still didn’t make anything from Xomba though.
- I spent hardly any time on MyLot at all, unfortunately. I’ll try to spend more time on MyLot today.
- I earned 24 cents with Clixsense yesterday. I also already have 143 credits with Trek Pay. So, everything’s been going well.

Goals and Achievements – October 24, 2009
It’s been so hard to keep up with my goals that I think I haven’t been realistic. For now on, I’m going to focus on writing for two websites – eHow and Xomba. I’ll write an article for the other websites occasionally, but for now I’m going to focus on eHow and Xomba until I get a steady stream of cash coming in.
Why eHow and Xomba? Personally, eHow and Xomba are my two favorites, with Helium coming in a close third. Associated Content has higher standards and had rejected two of my articles so far, telling me to fix them up a bit. However, Associated Content accepted two other articles as well. ^_^ Anyway, I feel more comfortable with eHow and Xomba, since they aren’t as complicated as most writing websites, and I get paid per ad click rather than per 1,000 views.
Goals for Today
- Write 5 articles for eHow.
Also, promote new articles with networking websites (Facebook, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Twitter) and comment on at least 10 articles from other eHow members. Participate in at least 1 eHow forum discussions and promote new articles in the appropriate eHow groups. - Write 1 Associated Content article of any subject if you have time.
Also, comment on at least 10 other Associated Content articles and look up tips on how to earn money with Associated Content if you have time. - Write 3 Xomba articles (Xombytes) and post 5 link articles (Xomblurbs).
Comment on 15 other Xomba articles as well and expand your friend list.
- Participate in discussions on MyLot for at least 30 minutes and start a new discussion thread.
Also, complete at least 2 tasks.
Yesterday’s Accomplishments
- I wrote only 1 eHow article yesterday, mostly because I was just so stressed with trying to keep up with class and writing. Now that I’m focusing more on just eHow and Xomba, I can write more articles for them.
- Another of my Associated Content articles was denied because it was a few words short of the requirement, so I fixed it up a bit and resent the article. I also got an article approved for upfront payment, so I received $2.38 for my article. I’m going to try to write 1 article for Associated Content if I have time, but I’ll do that after I focus on writing for eHow and Xomba.
- I did alright with Xomba yesterday. I was able to write 2 or 3 Xomblurbs and 2 Xombytes. One of the Xombytes was an entry in the Dream Job contest they have going on. Hopefully I place second or third at least!
- I didn’t spend much time on MyLot because I was overloaded with work to do. I’ll spend more time today, definitely.
- I earned 21 cents with Clixsense yesterday. I also already have 115 credits with Trek Pay. Hopefully I’m as successful today.

Goals and Achievements – October 23, 2009
Yesterday I got a lot of work done, though not as much as I would’ve liked. I still was unable to write a few articles. I’ll make sure to write them today.
The eHow payout will be soon, so I’m pretty excited. I’ve made 15 bucks and 67 cents so far this month.
Goals for Today
- Write 2 articles for eHow.
Also, promote new articles with networking websites (Facebook, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Twitter) and comment on at least 10 articles from other eHow members. Participate in at least 1 eHow forum discussions and promote new articles in the appropriate eHow groups. - Write 2 Associated Content articles of any subject.
Also, comment on at least 10 other Associated Content articles and look up tips on how to earn money with Associated Content. - Write 3 Xomba articles (Xombytes) and post 5 video articles (Xomblurbs).
Comment on 15 other Xomba articles as well and expand your friend list. Like always, promote Xomba articles via Social Networking Websites (Facebook, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Twitter). - Write 1 Helium article and rate 10 Helium articles.
- Participate in discussions on MyLot for at least an hour and start a new discussion thread.
Also, complete at least 2 tasks.
Yesterday’s Accomplishments
- I was able to write 2 articles yesterday for eHow, as well as promote the articles and comment a bit on other eHow articles. eHow is looking good. For next month, I’ll try to get 30 bucks by the end of the month. Should be something to look forward to.
- One of my Associated Content articles was denied because I forgot to site my sources. So, I was working on doing that and only got one new article written for Associated Content. I’ll try to write 2 articles today.
- My Xomba writing went poorly yesterday. I only was able to get 1 blurb done! I’ll have to put extra work into Xomba today. Today I’ll also enter one of the writing contests.
- I spent some time on MyLot, though wasn’t able to start a discussion. I’ll start one today! My earnings are still the same, so I don’t think it updated yet.
- I earned 13 cents with Clixsense yesterday. My total earnings with Clixsense is currently 12 bucks and 38 cents, so it’s not bad. Trek Pay is going very good as well. I actually like it, and I’m getting loads of ads to click from Trek Pay.

Goals and Achievements – October 22, 2009
Yesterday went pretty well, especially considering that I had a full day of classes. I was also able to achieve most of my goals. Today I don’t have any classes, so hopefully I can get more done!
eHow is finally fixed, and I’m able to publish articles without a problem now. I’m pretty excited because now I’ll be able to write more for eHow.
Goals for Today
- Write 2 articles for eHow.
Also, promote new articles with networking websites (Facebook, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Twitter) and comment on at least 10 articles from other eHow members. Participate in at least 3 eHow forum discussions and promote new articles in the appropriate eHow groups. - Write 2 Associated Content articles of any subject.
Also, comment on at least 5 other Associated Content articles and look up tips on how to earn money with Associated Content. - Write 2 Xomba articles (Xombytes) and post 4 video articles (Xomblurbs).
Comment on 10 other Xomba articles as well and expand your friend list. Like always, promote Xomba articles via Social Networking Websites (Facebook, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Twitter). - Try out Helium and write an article for them.
- Continue with PTC websites (YouData, Clixsense, Clicksia, Trek Pay, LinkGrand, Neobux, WordLinx, earn.bz, Bux.gs, Hits4Pay, HyBux) and check back for new ads at least 10 times.
- Participate in discussions on MyLot for at least an hour and start a new discussion thread.
Yesterday’s Accomplishments
- I only wrote 1 eHow article yesterday, so today I’m going to strive to write 2 eHow articles again. So far, my eHow balance for this month is $15.67. I should make a little over 20 bucks by the end of the month.
- I wasn’t able to get an Associated Content article done yesterday, so I’m going to write 2 Associated Content articles today.
- I wrote 2 blurbs on Xomba yesterday, though I didn’t manage to write a Xombyte, so I’m going to write 2 Xombytes today. One of the Xombytes will be an entry to the Dream Job Contest that’s going on. So far, I didn’t earn anything from Xomba yet, but I’m hoping for earnings to start picking up soon.
- Yesterday I spent some time commenting in discussions on MyLot. So far I’ve made 93 cents there.
- I earned 15 cents on Clixsense yesterday. Hopefully I do better today. I’m halfway to the payout amount on Clicksia, so that’s pretty good. I also tried a new PTC website called Trek Pay yesterday. I’m hoping Trek Pay will be a good opportunity for me. There’s been many success stories about Trek Pay, so I figured I’d give it a try.

Goals and Achievements – October 21, 2009
Yesterday I was unable to follow through with some of the goals, but I was able to do most of them. I had to study for an exam, and that took most of my time. Hopefully I’ll be able to complete my goals today!
eHow is acting a bit strange. Sometimes I can publish articles and sometimes I can’t. Hopefully they fix this bug.
Goals for Today
- Write 2 articles for eHow
- Write another Associated Content article of any subject
- Write 1 Xomba article (Xombyte) and post 2 video articles (Xomblurbs)
- Continue with PTC websites (YouData, Clixsense, Clicksia, LinkGrand, Neobux, WordLinx, earn.bz, Bux.gs, Hits4Pay, HyBux) and check back for new ads at least 10 times
- Participate in discussions on MyLot for at least an hour
Yesterday’s Accomplishments
- I wasn’t able to write that eHow article yesterday. So, I’m going to write 2 eHow articles today.
- I did manage to get that Associated Content article done. So far my articles for Associated Content are still pending. Hopefully they get approved soon.
- Yesterday I spent more than an hour commenting and replying to discussions on MyLot. So, it was a good day for MyLot. I don’t think the earnings updated today though, since MyLot is still saying I made 61 cents.
- I’m very disappointed in myself when it comes to Clixsense. I wasn’t able to check for new ads as often as I should have. As a result, I’ve only made 17 cents yesterday. I’ll do better today!
- On Xomba, I wrote a Xomblurb, though that was basically it. I’ll do better today for sure. I also plan to participate in the two contests that are up right now for Xomba members. The contests really seem fun and winners get as much as 500 bucks. Not bad! I’ll update you on if I win or not.
- There’s a writing website called Helium that I was checking out. It looks pretty good. Tomorrow I’ll have to write an article for them to give it a try.

Goals and Achievements – October 20, 2009
Yesterday wasn’t as productive as I’d hoped it would be. I was just too exhausted with college and homework to really focus on writing articles. I’m going to try to write today though.
eHow is working today, so I’m going to get some articles written for them.
Goals for Today
- Write an article for eHow
- Write another Associated Content article of any subject
- Write 1 Xomba article (Xombyte) and post 2 video articles (Xomblurbs)
- Continue with PTC websites (YouData, Clixsense, Clicksia, LinkGrand, Neobux, WordLinx, earn.bz, Bux.gs, Hits4Pay, HyBux) and check back for new ads at least 10 times
- Participate in discussions on MyLot for at least an hour and start a discussion
Yesterday’s Accomplishments
- Yesterday I spent some time on MyLot, though not as much as I hoped to spend. I’m going to try to spend at least an hour participating in discussions today. So far I’ve made 61 cents. I’m hoping to make more soon!
- Yesterday I only earned 20 cents on Clixsense from clicking ads (19 ads). My earnings are a bit higher than the day before, though I can still do better. I’m going to increase my Clixsense views to 10 times per day to see what happens.
- I didn’t spend much time writing articles yesterday because of college, but today I’m going to pick up the pace! Hopefully I have steady article income flowing in soon.

Goals and Achievements – October 19, 2009
Yesterday was a productive day. I also had to type out answers to my midterm exam in addition to writing articles and clicking ads. As a result, I ended up staying awake until 2:30am just to get all of my goals done. Hopefully today is less rushed though. The only downside to today is that I have three classes to attend. That might put a dent in my earnings, but I won’t be put down! I plan to push myself just like I did yesterday.
eHow was also not working properly yesterday, and I couldn’t publish any articles. So I have one article pending for eHow, and I decided not to write the other article until the bug is fixed. Well, here goes!
Goals for Today
- Write another Associated Content article of any subject
- Write another Xomba article (Xombyte) and post 2 links (Xomblurbs)
- Continue with PTC websites (YouData, Clixsense, Clicksia, LinkGrand, Neobux, WordLinx, earn.bz, Bux.gs, Hits4Pay, HyBux) and check back for new ads at least 3 times
- Participate in discussions on MyLot for at least an hour
Yesterday’s Accomplishments
- Yesterday I was able to spend at least 3 hours or more on MyLot. To be honest, I lost track of time while replying to comments in discussions. MyLot is actually addicting, and I’m enjoying myself a great deal chatting with fellow Mylotters. The best thing is, I’m getting paid for chatting! That is basically like a dream come true for me, heh. So far I’ve earned 35 cents with MyLot.
- Yesterday I ended up earning 0.17 cents on Clixsense from clicking ads (17 ads). That’s a bit lower than yesterday. Maybe I should refresh the page more often today so that I’ll have a better chance of displaying more ads. New ads tend to disappear quickly.
- As you know, yesterday I tried out Xomba. I actually really like it. I don’t like the Xombyte format as much as I like the Xomblurb idea. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that I could earn cash for submitting links (Xomblurbs) to other website and giving a short description of each link. Not only will this help promote my blogs, but I read that an easy way to submit links was to watch YouTube videos, submit a link I find interesting, and write a short description of the link. Not bad, huh? I’m definitely going to put Xomblurbs into use!
- I also tried out Associated Content yesterday and submitted an article to them. It took some time writing the article, but I like the whole article format. It’s definitely more organized than eHow I think. Now I just have to wait for the article to get approved. So far, Associated Content was the only website I’ve tried that you have to have articles approved for. It makes sense though. I think I’ll like writing for Associated Content!
- As I mentioned before, I was only able to write 1 article yesterday for eHow. Time was pretty limited and eHow wasn’t letting me publish articles anyway. A lot of members seem to be experiencing that bug. Luckily I saved the article beforehand. I guess I’ll just try to publish articles again today.
- Overall, I feel as though I’ve gotten a lot done yesterday, considering that I had a major midterm paper due.

Earn Money At Home with LinkGrand
We talked about making money with Clixsense, though we didn’t discuss how you can earn money at home with LinkGrand. Now, before I go any farther, LinkGrand isn’t a scam or one of those get-rich-quick schemes. LinkGrand does require a few minutes of your time each day if you want to get anywhere with the website. You must also remember that every little bit counts. At first, you’ll only be making pennies. As the days go by and you grow gradually with the website, the money adds up. Before you know it, you’ll be ready to cash out and receive the hard earned money you’ve been waiting for! If the idea of not getting quick cash discourages you, turn right back around and close the tab. If this idea does not discourage you and you’re genuinely interested in the opportunity, I advise to read on for more info!
Like Clixsense, LinkGrand is a PTC (Paid to Click) website. Yes, you actually earn money at home by clicking links! With every link you click, you receive 0.003. So, for every 10 links you click, you get paid 3 cents. This may seem low, but it actually adds up fast since about 30 links usually show up per day if you check the website regularly. It also doesn’t take much time out of your day to click links. I spend a minimum of about 5 minutes per day on LinkGrand. So, let’s do the math. If you click 30 links per day for a month, you’ll make 2 dollars and 70 cents. Yes, I know, that’s not as good as Clixsense. Now, if you make $2.70 per month for a year, that’s an extra 32 bucks and 40 cents in your wallet. Though money may be slow, if you combine both LinkGrand and Clixsense, you’ll be making some pretty good cash.
If you combine referral earnings in the mix, that’s an even greater profit. Each time you refer someone to LinkGrand, you receive 30% of what that referral earns. If an advertiser happens to purchase something from your referral link, you’ll receive 10% of the purchase. So, together with LinkGrand earnings and link click earnings, you’ll make decent pocket cash. As you can see, it is possible to earn money at home!
As soon as you make 5 bucks, you’ll be allowed to receive a payment via PayPal. It takes 24 hours for the payment to be sent and you’re able to earn money at home.
I absolutely love LinkGrand, mostly because of the massive number of links that are displayed per day. In fact, this website happens to be my second favorite PTC site on the Internet. LinkGrand also has a pretty low cash requirement for payout, which I like. Why don’t you give it a try? You may find that you like the website, especially since being able to earn money at home is rather easy. When you do, let us know about your experiences!
If this website looks appealing to you, feel free to join LinkGrand at any time!

Goals and Achievements – October 18, 2009
I’ve decided that, to better help my readers, I would write a daily guide on my money making goals and what I’ve accomplished the previous day. My hope is that, when hearing about my successes and what works for me, I will help influence those reading and encourage them to get out there and start making some extra cash.
Today I plan to push myself to write more than I did the past month or so. I’m going to keep it up with my PTC (Paid to Click) websites and maybe get a few referrals here and there.
Goals for Today
- Write 2 eHow articles of any subject
- Try out Associated Content and put an article up
- Try out Xomba and put an article up
- Continue with PTC websites (YouData, Clixsense, Clicksia, LinkGrand, Neobux, WordLinx, earn.bz, Bux.gs, Hits4Pay, HyBux) and check back for new ads at least 3 times
- Participate in discussions on MyLot for a few hours
Yesterday’s Accomplishments
- Yesterday I managed to keep up with my PTC websites above and spend a few hours on MyLot. I just joined MyLot yesterday and apparently you earn money for participating in discussions and commenting on what other people write. So far I’ve only earned 1 cent, but hopefully it speeds up a bit after a couple of days. I’ll let you know once I start earning more.
- Yesterday I ended up earning 0.23 cents on Clixsense from clicking ads (23 ads) and, with the other PTC websites, slightly below.
- Yesterday wasn’t a great day for making money, mostly due to laziness. I’ll have to pick it up full force today.
