I’ve also written some articles for InfoBarrel, though, honestly, I haven’t been writing as much content for article directories as I used to. Now, I focus most of my attention on my own websites and infoproducts.

In the case that you describe, if you believe that the copy editor is in the wrong or fixing the article just won't be worth it in terms of the time/money ratio, you can opt to just not complete the rewrite, let it expire, and then publish the article elsewhere. They will give you a 7 page long rewrite request and even if you make each and every change they request you will still end up with a rejection. the only advice to follow in this article is to not spend too much time doing an article because it's likely going to end up in the rejection or abandoned pile.
